    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clauses immediately after Clause 10— Application for accreditation 10A. (1) A conformity assessment body that seeks to be accredited shall apply to the Service for accreditation in the prescribed manner. (2) The Service shall process an application submitted under subsection (1) within sixty days from the date of receipt of the application. (3) Where the Service approves the application for accreditation, the Service shall inform the applicant in writing, and undertake an accreditation assessment in accordance with the requirements of the relevant accreditation scheme. (4) Where the Service declines an application submitted under subsection (1), the Service shall notify the applicant in writing upon conclusion of the evaluation exercise setting out the reasons for the decision. Accreditation decisions 10B. (1) The Service may, subject to the directions of the Board, set rules of the service"
