    "content": "THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clauses immediately after clause 11— Appeals to the 11A. (1) An accredited body that is aggrieved by a decision of the Service may, by Accreditation Appeals notice in writing to the Chief Executive Officer and upon payment of the prescribe Tribunal fees, appeal against the decision within twenty-one days of being notified of the decision. (2) A notice of appeal under this section shall set out the grounds of the appeal. (3) The Chief Executive Officer shall, within seven days of receipt of the notice under sub clause (2), forward the notice to the Accreditation Appeals Tribunal. Awards of the 11B. (1) The Accreditation Appeals Tribunal shall consider the notice of appeal and Accreditation Appeals the response of the Service before making an award.
