    "content": "may be prescribed under this Act. Appeals against the awards of the 11C. (1) A party who is aggrieved by an award of the Accreditation Appeals Accreditation Appeals Tribunal Tribunal may appeal against the award to the High Court. (2) An award of the Accreditation Appeals Tribunal shall stand suspended where an appeal against the award has been made to the High Court. (3) After hearing an appeal under this section, the High Court may— (a) confirm the award of the Accreditation Appeals Tribunal; (b) review the award of the Accreditation Appeals Tribunal; (c) remit the proceedings of the appeal to the Accreditation Appeals Tribunal and direct the Tribunal to review the award; or (d) make any other order as it may consider necessary, including an order as to costs."
