Ojode was addressing the House in a most menacing manner, pointing a finger at a group of Members of Parliament and saying: “Even if Members of Parliament are inciting members of the public---“The Standing Orders of this House are very clear. You cannot impute improper motive on a Member of Parliament, unless you are able to prove your allegation and you have given notice of intent to discuss him or her."
