Senators, we shall proceed as follows, I apply Standing Order No. 40(2) and direct that following items in the Order Paper be deferred for various reasons, Order Nos.10, 11 and 13. Accordingly, we shall proceed as follows, subject to the time limits of this sitting. We shall go to Order No.9 which is resumption of debate. From there, we will go to Order No. 12 and then Order No.14, if time permits."
