    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Attorney-General in respect of the public complaint by the National Commission on Cohesion and Integration on the failure of the Attorney- General and the Commissioner of Police to take action on the report of an allegation of the commission of an offence under the National Cohesion and Integration Act, by the Member of Parliament for Matuga, Mr. Mwakwere. The Ministerial Statement should address the following pertinent and urgent issues:- (a) when the Commission delivered the file of the complaint and evidence of proof of the allegation of hate speech to the Attorney-General and the Commissioner of Police, and what action has been taken so far; (b) whether the Attorney-General has established why it became necessary for the Commission to make a public complaint over the inaction by the Attorney- General and the Commissioner of Police; (c) whether the Attorney-General and the Commissioner of Police have established the veracity of the complaint by the Commissioners – that since they commenced investigation into this incident, they and their families have received"
