    "content": "May I take this early opportunity to thank the House and Members of Parliament for according me the opportunity to move the Vote for the Ministry of Finance and further, I would like to thank the Chairman and Members of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade for having constructively discussed this Vote with my Ministry when the same was presented before them. Before I present to this House the Ministry of Finance’s budget for 2010/2011 fiscal year, allow me to remind hon. Members the mandate of the Ministry."
