The Ministry of Finance is therefore organized in various technical as well as administrative departments. In addition to the departments, the Ministry has under it, a number of semi-autonomous Government agencies. Before I present the budgetary requirements for 2010/2011 fiscal year, allow me to briefly highlight some of the achievements of the Ministry over the last three years."
