Temporary Deputy Chairman, I think this is a very good amendment because at least it gives a threshold that a Member must be supported by at least one quarter of the Members of the respective House. At least the House now has powers because the way we nominate commissioners, we can remove them but again it cannot be abused. So, the threshold is very high. Even the allegations have been set, for example, serious violation of the Constitution, gross misconduct and physical and mental incapacity. I really wish we do not get a commissioner who becomes physically and mentally incapacitated not to perform in the commission.
