    "content": "(4) The Commission shall provide services and facilities necessary to actualise the objects of this section. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the justification is very simple and clear. We observed that there is need to incorporate certain provisions in the Bill to empower the commission to facilitate the activities of Members of Parliament within and outside the precincts of Parliament with a view to actualising Article 118(1)(b) of the Constitution which provides and I quote: “Parliament shall- (b) facilitate public participation and involvement in the legislative and other business of Parliament and its committees.”"
