    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman for giving me this chance. I rise to also oppose the amendment by the Chair. There is a lot of value to this Clause. The Commission may from time to time establish such a committee as may be necessary to carry out its functions and exercises better. The members of the Commission might not be experts in all fields that they are attending to. It is important that when need arises for them to address a particular issue, they can establish that committee with co-opted persons to address it.
