    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I rise to oppose the amendment. If the amendment is carried, it will reduce the co-opted members to be of no value. They may have more knowledge that is almost equal to the contribution of the points which will be discussed by the commissioners. It is always good when they are there so that they can add value to the contributions of the Commission. They can be given a chance to vote. When they have no vote, it then means they will sit on the Commission as statues with no value. This amendment should be ignored and not effected at all. The Chair should withdraw the amendment without being embarrassed. This is a matter of the House."
