    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I rise to oppose this amendment. One thing that we must understand is that when we elect commissioners, we are not necessarily electing experts. Sometimes they get to a point where they become a bit redundant and cannot agree on critical issues. I oppose the amendment. We should leave that Clause as it is, so that we can get more people in the Commission especially those who have the technical know-how to enrich it."
