    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I appreciate the sentiments and I understand where the Chair is coming from. I also understand the import of the contribution of the Leader of the Majority Party. There is no harm in this amendment because we have done it in the past. It will be at the discretion of the Commission. The composition of the Commission is spelt out under Article 127 of the Constitution. Once in a while, we have done it. So, I see no harm in this amendment. Therefore, let us go ahead and approve it."
