    "content": "It is noted that Clause 22(2)(d) of the Bill as currently drafted presupposes that a Clerk has already committed some wrong and is under a duty to explain himself or herself. Otherwise, the Commission shall remove him or her. The wording as it is gives the impression that already that particular staff or Clerk is guilty. We are not very happy with the wording itself. That is why we did some redrafting."
