In the HANSARD of the same day, as the Minister in charge of internal security was giving that evasive undertaking, he also categorically stated that it was not his Ministry involved in demolitions. Now that it has been confirmed by a fellow Minister that his Ministry was involved, would it be in order for Mr. Speaker to issue sanctions to this Minister who misled the House? If he did not have the information, is an apology not due to the House for the delay and for the misleading information?"
