Temporary Deputy Chairman, whereas I agree with what the Leader of the Majority Party has said, I thought sub-clause (5) had some reason in it, that the Commission may request the transfer or redeployment of officers in the unit. If it is a unit serving the Commission and they actually feel that there is need to change, they may do that. I agree that in sub-clause (4), they do as they do their other things, but in this one, there may be a point. So, as you are deleting sub-clause (4), I do not think we should delete sub- clause (5) as well. I do not know how the Chair should address that."
