    "content": "The amendment seeks to relieve the Chairperson of the Commission of the task of swearing in Members and all officers of the Commission. The Bill requires the Chair of the Commission to even witness the swearing in of the officers of the Commission. I think that should not be the business of the Chair, but it can be done under the leadership of the Secretary of the Commission. Let us allow the Secretary to oversee the swearing in of senior officers of the Commission."
