    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I do not find this amendment necessary. If it is a matter of swearing in, it is for a short while and it happens once in a while. So, I do not see why we should spare the Chair that honour and exercise because it is quite important. It does not cost much and it cannot take much of his time. So, I request the Chair to withdraw that amendment and we proceed."
