    "content": "In this Parliament, there must be a holding ground for receiving dignitaries. You know the Speaker receives people in his office. There should be a proper Commonwealth Parliamentary Office like in other jurisdictions. We must have parliamentary parties’ caucus rooms, so that when we want to caucus as Jubilee, there must be a designated caucus hall where our party leader can walk in instead of the idea of going to our party headquarters. This is where we are talking about facilities. Our offices should have researchers, internet connectivity and the gym must work. This is a good day. We allocate resources to the Commission, but they must be in tandem with the facilities of a parliamentary jurisdiction."
