    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support this amendment. I think it is important to make it clear because we will soon be bashed that we are providing things we do not deserve. One, if you are talking about catering, this is a service we pay for. Two, when you go out and visit other jurisdictions, we are actually embarrassed to invite them back home. The services in our Parliament do not match theirs. Kenyans need to understand that when we say that better services need to be offered, it has nothing to do with making our stay better. It has everything to do with improving the image and integrity of this country. We will have a better Parliament. We are here today, others will come tomorrow. So, this has nothing to do with us, but the country and it is the image of Parliament that we are improving."
