    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I wish to support the amendments by the Committee. Looking at 16E and F, they are meant to equip Members with the requisite skills. The Commission is now mandated by law that it is its responsibility to ensure that Members acquire the necessary skills through the requisite and current technology. I believe it is good for us to contribute to this House on all matters that relate to legislation."
