    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Parliamentary Service Commission is one of those constitutional commissions under Chapter 15 of our Constitution. The framers of the current Constitution had in mind Article 127 which, in their wisdom, decided to have a Parliamentary Service Commission, a representative Commission that is supposed to deal with the first arm. I will always say that the first arm of our governance structure is Parliament because that is where the people have bestowed their elective power."
