    "content": "I thank Members of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs and all Members who had time to debate this Bill. I believe that from today, as this law will be assented to by the President, the Commission shall be enabled legally to facilitate the functions of Members of Parliament, the same way the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is facilitating the Court of Appeal Judges, magistrates and so on, and the same way the public servants are being facilitated by the Public Service Commission (PSC). Therefore, even this Commission should be able to facilitate Members of this House to function."
