    "content": "Our staff are directed to help Members achieve the objectives of the process of asking Questions. If you got an answer like that one, you cannot even ask further questions because you will be required to drag somebody to show how complacent they are, who was bribed and things like those, and the Cabinet Secretary would say that he is not aware and that he is happy that you have drawn his attention to it and that he would see to it. I am sure there is a reason why the Member has asked this Question. So, the Clerk’s Office should help Members to frame Questions in a way that they achieve their objectives."
