    "content": "Hon. Chairman, the House yesterday passed this clause with amendments. It has now become necessary that the clause be recommitted to the House for the purpose of incorporating an application of section 17A. This is to ensure that the term of office for the person appointed to head the office of Joint Services is again given a limited period of five years renewable just like we have done for the Clerks of the two Houses. That is the basis of the amendment."
