    "content": "“(4) The provisions of sections 17A, 19, 26(2) and 26(3) shall, with the necessary modifications, apply to the officer appointed to head the centre for parliamentary studies and training” Hon. Chairman, again it is the same principle that we want to introduce section 17A to also apply to the officer appointed to head the Centre for Parliamentary Studies and Training so that again he has two terms, the first term of five years and another for five years if renewed, just like the Clerks of the two Houses.
