Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 38 be amended by— (a) deleting the word “chairperson” appearing in sub-clause (1); and, (b) deleting sub-clause (4) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause— “(4) Every oath or affirmation taken by the vice-chairperson, a member, the secretary, or any other officer pursuant to this section shall be administered by the chairperson.”"
