    "content": "Having read the Report, I notice that it is about reviewing the proposal by KQ Privately Initiated Investment Proposal (PIIP). The PIIP proposed that we have a Special Purpose Vehicle that will be managed by KQ and will have 100 per cent ownership by KQ. This was another way of saying that KQ was going to take over the running operations, management and development of JKIA for 30 years. According to the Report, many of the people who appeared before the Committee were against this decision including the employees in the aviation industry who said that they were not consulted on the matter."
