    "content": "The House will recall that while visiting the late Kadenge, His Excellency the President directed that he be awarded a token of appreciation, provided with medical care and enrolled to the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF). This was a very good gesture. However, it neither offers a sustainable nor practical solution to the challenges facing all former sports personalities primarily because it is not practical for the President to visit all of them and extend this kind gesture."
