    "content": "This proposed Amendment, in my opinion, is the right step taking us to the right direction. I believe that a few more amendments should also be brought on board so that we can strengthen public finance management in counties. This will ensure that systems are in place, management has clear procedures and service delivery becomes attainable in a controlled, transparent and accountable environment. This will ensure that devolution becomes rewarding to our people."
