    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I agree with most of the comments that Members have made with regard to this Statement. I personally speak about these people that are in our correctional institutions all over this country. As a Vice Chairperson of the Senate Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights, I have had an opportunity to move around this country in most of these institutions. We have had serious engagements and interaction with the prisoners. It is true that they wanted us to address how we can work out a system whereby after leaving their correctional institutions, they are easily assimilated into society.
