    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity. I thought that when people sit in the Speaker’s Gallery, they normally get personal recognition one by one and name by name. Since we are trying to train them what we do here, there is a lapse there. We should have recognized these important people whom we have fought for in making sure that there is a framework in county governments to ensure that their offices are well protected. Although the National Assembly has not agreed with the framework of the Bill, we urge them to continue working until that law becomes a reality. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I join you in welcoming them. We wish them well. I remind them that we want to see good laws in conformity with the Constitution."
