    "content": "Concerning The Registration of Persons (Amendment) Bill, 2019, the Committee considered the Bill pre-publication scrutiny stage and unanimously resolved to recommend to the Speaker that the legislative proposal be declined in a letter dated 4th April, 2019. The Committee gave its reasons. We cannot stop the process but you can rule that it goes on. However, the Committee felt that it was not time for us to have such legislation."
