    "content": "Therefore, Madam Temporary Speaker, it is important to put these issues on the table, to say that if anybody initiates a Bill – like you have done in your Committee – then you move with it. This is because I know that the Ministry executives also sometimes have their own interests with specific Bills, and want to direct them in a certain way.
