    "content": "robustly prosecute the mandate and shall resist any action or attempts to undermine devolution and the people’s aspiration for a Government based on the essential values of human rights, equality, freedom, democracy, social justice and the rule of law and resolved to- (i) challenge the laws that have been enacted unprocedurally in the Twelfth Parliament; (ii) seek an interpretation of the term “money Bill;” and, (iii) seek a final determination of the procedure to be followed in respect of all the Bills that are pending before Parliament, so as to ensure compliance with Article 110(3) of the Constitution and for the future. Hon. Senators, the Senate is actively pursuing the implementation of the resolution of the House on this matter. However, in light of the Message from the National Assembly that I have just conveyed, and pursuant to Standing Order No.41(6)(c), I refer this Message to the Standing Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights for consideration."
