    "content": "(KRA) has declared an institution to be tax compliant, where does a CS get the powers to declare it to be none tax compliance? We can all argue with the record. I am a fan of football. I enjoy what sport betting firms have been able to do in our country. Perhaps, it is for that reason that I am more lenient towards them, despite the fact that I would never encourage any of my children to engage in the activities that these firms promote. The issue that is being brought before this House is the disappearance of the rule of law in this country, where it is increasingly becoming clear that some Cabinet Secretaries are too powerful to a point that they can wake up one morning and declare that Senate ceases to exist. If we encourage this kind of behavior we do not know how far they can go. Therefore, I would request that the committee that will look into this particular issue be properly guided and know that what we are dealing with is not the pros and cons of gambling per se, but the fact that we do not have enough respect to the rule of law in this country."
