    "content": "When this matter is referred to a committee, I hope Senators and even Kenyans will participate, so that we look at it objectively in order to make sure that benefits accrue without endangering any section of our society. The taxes they pay are just like other taxes such as those levied on alcohol. There are people who commit suicide because of alcohol, smoking or whatever it is. Some of them are dangerous to people’s health but still they are regulated in a certain manner. So, we must have an objective way of dealing with this current situation. I thank you.
