Standing Order No.211 is clear about the mandate of each committee. Of course, everything we are dealing with in this House has a legal bearing; there is a legal aspect towards everything that we deal with. However, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, when a Committee – for instance on the first one – I advised the House that we are already looking at the legislation.
