Similarly, this Statement is being sought from the Committee of National Security and Foreign Relations, yet it is a matter of planning. Planning does not fall under security; it might fall under the Committee on Finance and Budget. If it is on the issues of the specific communities that he is talking about, it falls under the Committee on National Cohesion and Equal Opportunity to make sure that we equalize opportunities for all, and that no community is discriminated because of its size, et cetera .
