    "content": "In terms of land ownership, there was a bit of ambiguities around it. I am happy to note that some of the ambiguities around land ownership were dealt with. While we may not have title deeds for community land, there is no dispute that they belong to the community. Ownership does not just mean a piece of paper because there are no disputes on ownership of community trust lands. Those parcels of land are known and it is just a matter of registration."
