    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I would like to support the Report by the Mediation Committee because most of the amendments by the Senate were accepted by Members of the National Assembly, except for a few cases like the Title where they insisted to have it the way it was. The rationale behind having amendments to various land laws is because we have been having compulsory acquisition of land for infrastructural development. Being a Member of the Committee on Roads and Transportation, we have many petitions based on that. We have had cases where within the same year, land valuation by different valuers has been changing rapidly. There is need to have some guidance.
