    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. This is one of the most important Bills in this country because it is dealing with compulsory acquisition of land. We have had a lot of cartels in Kenya who have been buying land for speculation purposes and they have fleeced the Government. This law will ensure that we do not have cartels in the Government who are buying land for the purpose of fleecing the economy of this country."
