They have added value to this Bill by giving better ideas than those which were in the original Bill. It will be my pleasure if this Bill is assented to and becomes a law because it will save this country a lot of money and takes care of all Kenyans. This Bill goes to the extent of saying that whoever will sell land to the Government in terms of compulsory acquisition, will be adequately compensated by the Government, within a short period of time."
