    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving direction. I did not intend to impute an improper motive on a colleague, because I was just passing information. Mr. Speaker, Sir, our Standing Orders and the Constitution are very clear on the one-third gender rule. Since we have that provision, I appeal to our male colleagues that when there is a turnaround in the election of Chairpersons of the Committees, we should follow the example of a Committee that elected our colleague, Sen. (Rev.) Waqo, yesterday to be the Chairperson of the Committee. With those few remarks, Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank you."
