I want to thank the Speaker and the entire Senate because you gave us an onerous duty of midwifing the process for which we went to court today and we are proud of you. Thirdly, I want to say that I support this Motion because our counties need more money than ever before. We should be given the amount of Kshs335 billion and we should not cede the ground even on one cent.
