    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I stand to support this Procedural Motion. Today, we are proud as the Senate for what we did. Personally, it was my first time to participate in a demonstration and to enter a court. I am proud of myself because I have done it on behalf of Kenyans. As a result of this Motion, the Division on Revenue Bill that will follow, is what we as Senators will support in unison for ‘Wanjiku’ that we represent. The idea of National Assembly alleging that governors are misusing money is not relevant because they are not discipline masters. We will support the Bill and pass it as soon as possible. I thank you."
