    "content": "There are many unresolved mental issues in this country and our children in schools are not spared. Bullying existed even in our time but it never escalated to such unprecedented level where someone ends up dead or mentally incapacitated because of damages inflicted as a result of bullying. It is unfair for students to be taken to the graveyards at night and tortured there. That issue needs to be addressed. I do not know how we shall legislate this. It is an issue that needs to be addressed. Teachers and school administration need to pay keen attention in terms of ensuring that children do not necessarily suffer to that level until somebody is admitted to hospital. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
