    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a very serious Question because it involves some deaths. A number of innocent Kenyans have so far died as a result of illicit brews. I wish to confirm to this House that we are going to investigate those who are brewing some of those lethal substances. I also want to confirm to this House that we will close down some of those companies if they are found to have broken the law. I want to say in this House that each and every company will be investigated so that we can come up with an elaborate report, showing which company is going contrary to the licence that it is holding. I will start that by this Friday and I am going to instruct my people to start investigating some of the companies that are listed here. If need be, I will also report the same to this House. I will give the number of companies that we have so far closed down as a result of contravening their licences. I want to confirm to the House that we will do exactly what I have enumerated."
