Every time the Mover is either absent or they technically disappear. Be warned, that unless you consult the Chair when you have an item appearing in the Order Paper, we will not be just deferring business. We will actually remove it altogether and it cannot be reinstated within the Session. I will defer Order No. 11 which has been with us forever."
